I had a great experience at my appointment. The place is very clean. The staff are very friendly and informative. I got a full x-ray scan and cleaning done. They were gentle but efficient, I recommend coming here!

Great atmosphere at Franklin Dental! Solid staff, super friendly and professional. Took their time to carefully prep my teeth for Candid Pro. My first set feels surprisingly comfortable. Ashley was THE BEST assistant! And the dentist is definitely a master at his craft. The woman at the front desk was so nice, her smile was enough to make my day 😊

By far the best dental experience I've had in a long time. The doctor was very knowledgeable & the dental assistants Niyah & Ashley made the dentist office a lot more comfortable to be in. Definitely will be back for all my appts

Dr Romhen is very friendly, accommodating, and takes the time to answer questions and explain the reasons behind recommended procedures. The office staff is also great, returning calls promptly, and receptive when you need an emergency appt. Multiple dentists (including some specialists) and hygienists at this practice, which means you don't have to wait long to get an appointment.

I had an amazing experience at Franklin Dental! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently, which made my visit smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Ashley, the medical assistant, who truly went above and beyond. She was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and genuine care made a huge difference and really stood out.

Absolutely amazing experience! Dr. Rauaa Romhen and the entire team are beyond friendly, professional, and welcoming. The receptionists are incredibly friendly and courteous, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They did an exceptional job on my crown — the fit and finish are perfect. The cleaning was also outstanding, done with such a soft, gentle touch. Everything was explained clearly and the care was truly top-notch. Hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had.
